Checkout
Review your selected products and total, then enter your contact and delivery details on this page. Select Pay to continue to the Airwallex-hosted payment page. This creates an order record, checks stock and reserves the selected items; entering the payment page does not itself charge you. Choose an available payment method and confirm payment on the Airwallex-hosted page, or authorise the transaction with your selected wallet provider. Billing details are collected on the Airwallex-hosted page when needed. A bank security check, wallet redirect or QR code may be part of that process. Opening checkout or adding an item to your bag does not confirm an order or reserve stock. Please do not send card details by email.
Before an order is accepted
Your selected model, configuration, price, free standard delivery, order total, delivery schedule and these policies are shown before payment. An order is accepted when NORVEX confirms it in writing. An automated acknowledgement alone is not acceptance. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve stock. If we cannot fulfil a paid order because stock or lawful delivery is unavailable, we notify you promptly and submit a full refund within 5 business days, using the original payment method. We do not substitute a product or increase the agreed price without your consent.
Prices, tax and changes
The prices displayed on this website are our selling prices in Australian dollars. They include any applicable Australian taxes. No additional Australian product tax is added to those prices. Standard delivery is free worldwide. Optional installation is quoted separately and is provided only with your agreement. International import duties, destination taxes and clearance charges may be payable as explained in our delivery policy. We will honour the price agreed for an accepted order. If a displayed price needs correction, we will suspend the affected offer and explain the correction before you commit; your statutory pricing rights remain unaffected.
Product information
Choose the model and configuration shown on the product page. Check dimensions, access requirements, electrical supply and included accessories before ordering. Product photographs and films may show optional equipment or more than one configuration. Contact our team if you need help confirming the fit for your space. Product descriptions do not promise medical outcomes or replace professional health advice.
Payments and order records
The Airwallex-hosted payment page shows the available payment methods and amount before final authorisation. Select Pay on the order summary to enter that page; payment is authorised using its payment confirmation control or your selected wallet. Purchases are one-time payments; we do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing or finance through this website. Keep the payment confirmation, order reference and receipt available after payment verification. If payment is interrupted or its status is unclear, check the payment status or contact us with your reference before trying again.
Payment authority
Use a payment method you own or are authorised to use. Authorisation applies only to the order and amount shown. We may ask for proportionate information to check an order or delivery address, but will never ask you to email a full card number, security code, password or one-time security code. Delivery, cancellation and returns
We dispatch within 1 calendar day after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is within 7 calendar days of payment in Australia and 10–20 calendar days of payment in New Zealand and other international destinations. Consumer rights
These terms do not reduce any non-excludable consumer rights. A manufacturer warranty supplements, rather than replaces, Australian Consumer Law protections. Contact NORVEX directly about a product problem; you do not have to deal only with a manufacturer.

Product information, photographs and videos form part of the NORVEX shopping experience. Current product-page prices and the written order confirmation set out the offer for your purchase. Contact support@norvexcommerce.online about any product information you would like us to clarify.
Complaints and governing law
These Terms and any sale by NORVEX COMMERCE PTY LIMITED are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws of Queensland. Disputes may be heard by the competent courts and tribunals in Queensland, without limiting any mandatory rights to use another appropriate forum. Our complaints policy explains how to contact us and request a review.
Changes to these terms
The version agreed at the time an order is accepted applies to that order. Later website updates do not retrospectively remove your rights. Last updated 15 October 2026.
